Rupert Auction and Book Sale
Sunday, August 9th, 2015
The Youth Welfare Association of Rupert (YWAR) will be hosting the annual Auction and Book Sale on Sunday August 9th at the Rupert Community Centre. This charity auction features household items, dishes, antiques, collectibles, tools and furniture as well as an amazingly large book sale and an all-day canteen.
We will be accepting donations for the auction (good quality items only please)  at the entrance to the
Rupert Library and Second Hand Store until July 31st. Large items and furniture may be dropped off on Thursday August 6th between 7:00PM and 9:00PM.
Auction viewing is at 9AM, Sunday, August 9th. and Auctioneer Revel Stewart will start taking bids at 9:30 AM.
The Book Sale features an amazing selection of gently used books of all kinds,- adult, teen and children’s books, hardcover and paperback, in French and English, literature, mystery, western, romance, art, biographies, cooking, reference, travel, ..etc.  Something for everyone!
There is plenty of free parking at the Community Centre which is located at: 24 ch. Shouldice, Rupert, La Pêche.
We do still need volunteers to staff the canteen, so please email to sign up for your 2-hour shift.
 Above all, don’t miss this exciting annual event.  For the Auction....just sign up for an  bidding number, then watch for treasures, place your bids and let the fun begin!

At 12PM (Noon) we will have a table of specialty items up for sale.
